tk99 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and tk99 ("tk99", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the tk99 website located at tk99.buzz and all associated services, features, content, and functionality offered through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on tk99.

By accessing tk99, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain an account with tk99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of use.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player and are not subject to any court or regulatory order prohibiting you from gambling.

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on tk99. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. tk99 may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time before processing a withdrawal. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times.
• Notifying tk99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your registered mobile number up to date to ensure account recovery and payment processing.
• Never sharing your account with another person, including family members.

tk99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted exclusively via approved payment channels. All deposits are credited to your tk99 account wallet in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification if required under our KYC policy. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on tk99:

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Minimum withdrawal: ৳200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit.
• Deposits made with bonus conditions attached cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied.
• tk99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing any withdrawal, in accordance with our KYC obligations.

tk99 does not charge internal fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges which are outside our control. Please check with your payment provider for applicable fees before initiating a transfer.

By claiming a bonus or promotional offer on tk99, you agree to all applicable bonus terms. tk99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or promotional campaign at any time without prior notice. The following general conditions apply to all bonus products:

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per mobile number, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• tk99 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it detects abuse, collusion, or violation of these Terms.
• Bets placed on both sides of a market using bonus funds, or bets placed to deliberately satisfy rollover requirements with minimal risk, may be deemed ineligible.

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for manual human use.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial activity that violates applicable law.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes, share information across accounts, or otherwise undermine the integrity of any betting market.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error will be voided.

All content on the tk99 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, icons, and page design — is the exclusive property of tk99 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the tk99 platform without prior written authorisation from tk99. Unauthorised use of tk99's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international treaties.

tk99 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tk99 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. tk99 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall tk99 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the tk99 platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or any interruption of service, even if tk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. tk99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tk99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. We provide the following tools to all registered account holders to help manage gambling activity:

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, both parties agree to submit the matter to the competent courts of Bangladesh for final determination. Nothing in this clause shall prevent tk99 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it considers such relief necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
